Do all your LED product items have the 16 colour options?

Yes. All our LED furniture and products come with the remote and 16 different colour options to choose from. You can match the colours, or have them all changing if you want to inject a bit of colour to an event. They give your venue or party a look all of its own.

Are the easy to clean?

Yes, our LED furniture is extremely easy to clean. It is water resistant and you simply wash it down with a cloth and cleaning spray as you would any other surface.

Can I set the colours on one stationary colour only or does it flick between them?

This is entirely up to you. There is a remote control so you can set the furniture to one colour or changing colours, whatever suits your event and atmosphere best.

How long will your LED stools, bars and other LED furniture keep operating?

Lite It Up Events and Parties LED furniture is all wireless and the batteries can last approximately   up to 12 hours at a time. So you’ll have stunning LED lighting, which will shine all night long for your party, wedding, nightclub and anywhere else you have them.

Can I come and pick up your warehouse?

At this time, we do not offer a pick up service from our warehouse and we do not have a showroom. Our showroom is our online website!

When do we have to pay?

A $100 non refundable deposit to secure the event and avoid double bookings is payable within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice. The balance can be paid via direct debit with the balance cleared into the account the day prior to the event or cash at the time of delivery (drivers do not carry change). Note that we reserve the right to withhold equipment if the balance payment is not available at the time of delivery.

Do you have insurance?

Lite It Up Events and Parties only hold insurance up until the items have been delivered and again after pick up from the event.  You need to hold your own insurance to cover your own event.

How much is the delivery charge?

A small delivery fee applies to all bookings depending on the distance to the location of your event and takes into consideration factors such as tolls, fuel and labour. The fee will include drop off to the event and pick up of items from the event.  Extra charges may apply if items are required to be carried up stairs, hills, elevators, lifts or more than a distance of 30 meters from the van parking site.

Do I need power?

No. The items come fully charged and you do not need any power as they work off charged batteries.
